About High School

Our High School programme offers a dynamic learning environment focused on skill development, art integration, and interdisciplinary projects. Recognising the rapidly evolving landscape of the 21st century, we equip students with practical skills such as IT proficiency, alongside fostering their creativity through various art forms. Our curriculum encourages interdisciplinary exploration, allowing students to connect across different subjects and apply their learning to real-world challenges. Through collaborative projects and experiential learning opportunities, we empower students to become critical thinkers, effective communicators, and lifelong learners — focusing on holistic development to prepare students for academic success, meaningful contributions to society, and fulfilling careers in an ever-changing world.

How We Teach

Teaching Methodology

The teaching methodology at the secondary level at DSPS is tailored to individual student needs by modifying the classroom setup to a 'Personal Model' style, where the teacher leads by example — demonstrating to students how to access and comprehend information. Students learn through observation and by copying the teacher's process. Our practice of flipped classrooms gives students the opportunity to gain first exposure to material before class, creating a clear connection between in-class and out-of-class activities. Our courses are interdisciplinary and involve art integration throughout.

At DSPS, we strongly believe in inclusive education and offer all children equal learning opportunities. We instil values from a very young age through to adolescence via our enriching life-skills classes, where children get to express their experiences and learn from the experiences of their peers.
